It was first reported some time before 12:30 p.m., prompting a multi-agency ersponse.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s unclear what led up to the wreck, but crews arrived at around 1:15 p.m., about 45 minutes later, to find a blue Prius with airbags that appeared to be deployed and severe damage to its driver&#8217;s side.
