It was first reported by WPLG Local 10 News at 8:14 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>While the cause of the accident remains under investigation, preliminary details indicate the 18-wheeler was reversing in the area when the teen&#8217;s vehicle slammed into its trailer.<\/p>\n<p>First responders pronounced the teen driver deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities continue to investigate, but local police say the decedent appears to have been at fault.
