Moye, of Brewton, was driving a 2015 Mazda 6 when his car struck the back of a 2016 Freightliner tractor-trailer.<\/p>\n<p>Moye, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, was pronounced deceased at the scene, confirmed officials.<\/p>\n<p>It was unclear whether the driver of the big rig, Jermaine L.
