Columbus Drive and the I-4 entrance ramp and was hit by a dump truck.<\/p>\n<p>An unidentified 25-year-old man who was riding in the Scion&#8217;s front passenger seat suffered fatal injuries in the crash.<\/p>\n<p>Hernandez and a back-seat passenger were hosptialized with non-life-threatening injuries.
