Highline Road in Hartland around 9:50 am.<\/p>\n<p>Initial reports suggest that the Shawano County Highway Department snowplow was driving in the fast lane when the semi truck rear-ended it. The snowplow was pushed into the median as the semi truck jackknifed into a ditch.<\/p>\n<p>The semi driver was trapped inside the vehicle&#8217;s cab and had to be extricated by a fire crew.
